Description de la mission

We are looking for a tech lead for our Cyber Defense Operation Center (CDOC) who will lead the transformation of our current Corporate Security Operation Center (SOC) and will be in charge of driving the technological and process transformation. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the CDOC architecture, tools, and workflows, as well as leading a team of security analysts and engineers. You will also collaborate with other stakeholders across the organization to ensure the CDOC aligns with the business objectives and security strategy.

Responsibilities
• Define and communicate the vision, mission, and goals for the CDOC transformation and align them with the organization's strategy and culture.
• Review and update the cybersecurity operation roadmap and budget, and ensure that they are aligned with the organization's needs, expectations, and resources.
• Execute the cybersecurity operation transformation, including the design, implementation, and optimization of the processes, tools, and technologies to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and maturity of the cybersecurity operation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of security analysts and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Oversee and manage the cybersecurity operation services and solutions, including the detection, analysis, response, and mitigation of cyber incidents, the threat intelligence and the investigation and forensics.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics for the CDOC, and provide regular reports and feedback to the CISO and other stakeholders.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, trends, and best practices in the CDOC domain, and recommend solutions that can enhance the CDOC capabilities and efficiency.
• Coordinate and communicate with other teams and departments, such as IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure the CDOC supports the organizational goals and requirements.
• Develop and maintain the CDOC policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure they are followed and enforced.
• Provide guidance and support to the CDOC team in handling security incidents, investigations, and escalations.
• Act as the CDOC representative and spokesperson in internal and external events, meetings, and forums.

Profil

Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years of experience in leading and managing cybersecurity operation teams.
• A proven track record of successfully delivering and transforming cybersecurity operation services and solutions in a complex and dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience in CDOC architecture, tools, and workflows, such as SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, threat hunting, incident response, forensics, and vulnerability management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
• Strong project management, budget management, and vendor management skills, with the ability to deliver results on time and within budget.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and adaptable, and the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
