Stellantis is looking for a Senior DLP Program Manager to join its global security team.

One of the core responsibilities of the DLP Program Manager is to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the data loss prevention (DLP) policies, processes, and tools across the organization. The DLP Program Manager ensures that the DLP program aligns with the business objectives, risk appetite, and compliance requirements of the organization. The DLP Program Manager also monitors the effectiveness and performance of the DLP program, identifies gaps and opportunities for improvement, and reports on the DLP program status and metrics to senior management and relevant stakeholders. The DLP Program Manager collaborates with various teams and functions, such as IT security, legal, privacy, HR, business units, etc., to coordinate and communicate the DLP program activities and expectations.

Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage the data loss prevention (DLP) program across the company's network, cloud, and endpoints.
• Develop and enforce DLP policies and procedures in alignment with the company's security strategy and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and analyze DLP incidents and alerts, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to remediate and prevent data breaches.
• Provide DLP training and awareness to employees and business partners, and promote a culture of data protection.
• Evaluate and recommend DLP tools and technologies, and integrate them with the company's existing security solutions.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness and performance of the DLP program, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Profil

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in DLP program management, preferably in a large scale manufacturing and engineering company.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing DLP solutions across various platforms and environments.
• Strong knowledge of DLP best practices, standards, and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Digital mindset and AI knowledge, and the ability to leverage emerging technologies and innovations to enhance the DLP program.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH are preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices, such as Scrum, Kanban, user stories, backlog management, etc.
• Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Demonstrate leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills in Agile teams.
