Description de la mission
Here at Stellantis we are working on the next generation of In-Vehicle Infotainment and Connected Vehicles. To get there we are searching for passionate, hard-working and committed System Team Lead that will drive the system design activities for the features that will run in our cars in the next few years.
Main activities/responsibilities:
As a System Team Lead you will need to:
● Be responsible for the timely delivery of the system requirements and its final quality.
● Lead the design phase of the features (system architecture, subsystem design & requirements)
● Prioritize the system activities/backlog according to the features needs.
● Collaborate with business/product development departments to understand their requirements and needs to ensure the highest value is achieved through system definition.
● Make sure that the system design, architecture and functional requirements are released on time and are ensure that requirements are coherent at each level.
● Coordinate and synchronize the planning with the development teams or suppliers
● Support the Integration and Validation plan, in particular system-level root-causing of issues.
● Animate the cross-functional system teams to ensuring that all dependencies are satisfied and removing blocking points
● Act as proxy for all of the interactions with other departments requiring changes, information or whose work is needed for the feature delivery.
● Build a strong technical background to understand to a quite fine level of detail the mechanisms and issues that will impact the feature.
● Follow any Safety aspects related to the features (if any)
● Report and escalate (if necessary), the feature status to the management and business team.
Main activities description
The System Team Lead leads animates the cross-functional system team composed at least by representative of each discipline impacted by the feature (i.e. Product Owner, Vehicle Performances & Integration, System Architecture, System Design, Subsystem Design, onboard/offboard Component Design, Vehicle Architecture, Integration & Validation, Customer Experience).
He is responsible for building and monitoring the end-to-end plan, considering all deliverables and phases related to the system definition (from concept to validation phase across design and development phase).
The System Team Lead has to escalate to the proper escalation path any deviation to the shared and agreed plan. He has to animate (and organize workshops if needed) in order to solve and remove whatever roadblock/dependencies providing technical coordination of tasks and issues.
He has to prioritize activities/backlog according to the feature needs, after interaction with all stakeholders and customers.
Profil
What you will need as technical-skills:
● A deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and particularly of the Scrum/SaFE framework
● At least 3 years of experience in Program/Project Management in automotive
● A background in electronics, computer engineering, telecommunications or programming
● A good understanding of the specific requirements for embedded systems and INCOSE standards
● Knowledge of automotive architectures and communication protocols (as CAN, MOST and Ethernet)
● Knowledge of automotive specific requirements in terms of security, production plants, aftersale, etc.
● A good understanding of the protocols and security principles required for connected applications

● Highest level of communication skills to interact with various teams in the organization and all of the involved stakeholders

● Ability to perform with high levels of stress
● Innate predisposition to be proactive and strong determination in achieving objectives
We value also other skills you may have:
● knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
● experience with Vector tools (e.g. Canoe, Canalyzer)
● knowledge of Jira/RTC project tracking SW
● knowledge of functional safety (ISO-26262) and A-Spice
