Description de la mission

We are looking for senior buyer with experience in Semi-Conductor. Whether you have experience within a Semi-Conductor player or a Tier1 or Tier2 electronic oriented on semiconductor company, we are interested in your profile.

Scope of responsibility:

The Senior Buyer is responsible for sourcing and developing supplier relationships to negotiate and buy a defined scope of goods, materials and services to meet the Group operational requirements: supplier selection, tendering and cost estimating.
The spend scope is around 100 to 500 million euros (per raw material) and there is no team to manage.


Main Roles

• Responsible for ensuring optimal supplier performance and price.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, business model and manage the development of contracts, contractual relationships and contract management to deliver continuous improvement in delivery of goods and services by the supply base.
• Determine new business opportunities based on the market research on raw material and mine industry

Profil

• You must have experience on a semiconductor player (wafer outsourcing management) or Tier 1 or Tier2 electronic oriented on semiconductors
• 5-10 years of experience;
• Demonstrable experience of leading a purchasing function with a proven track record within the expertise field requested: in strategic purchasing leadership delivering effective purchasing strategies, policies, processes and systems

• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage negotiate and manage key stakeholders and suppliers
• Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
• Commercially and financially astute with experience of managing budgets
• Knowledge of mining chemistry/mine industry as desirable
• Capacity to structure and negotiate multiparty contracts
• Innovative and proactive attitude to meet demands of the market and identify the best solution for Stellantis
