You'll intervene in all regions and countries to define and manage partnerships with the best engineering services providers in the world.
Under the control of the purchasing manager, the Software Engineering Services Senior Buyer will contribute to:
- Define the commodity strategy on his area, Analyzing industry and its demand trends, develop and implement sourcing strategies.
- Manage his supplier panel relationship
- Manage the performance of his supplier Panel and resolving issues and concerns.
- Source new supplier on his domain
- Be the purchasing interface of the project and engineering during the development phase from supplier nomination up to start of production
- Manage contract relationship and negotiation with supplier during bid
- Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders & agreements

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineering Services Senior buyer to manage our company's procurement activities. The Buyer responsibilities include sourcing new suppliers at the best QCDP (quality compliance, cost standards and delays) and meeting program price target, negotiating purchase terms, and evaluating supplier performance.
To be successful as an software engineering services buyer, you should be able to develop efficient procurement solutions and support purchasing manager with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies. Ultimately, the buyer should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be an analytical thinker.

Profil

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain or related field • 4+ years of experience as a program or commodity buyer or in a similar role • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Able to manage multiple program and sourcing activity in parallel • Performance oriented thinking • Team player with strong organizational skills. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think and act strategically
