In early May 2024, Stellantis and Leapmotor formed a joint venture called Leapmotor International B.V. to explore the international market.
The Sales Investor Manager supports, educates and motivates the Retailer Network where needed based on data driven daily & monthly gap analyses of individual Performance with a strong focus (but not only) on the Leapmotor Brand.
As Sales Investor Manager, you will oversee the following activities for the Leapmotor Brand:
-First point of Sales contact of the Leapmotor Brand for the appointed Retailers (PC & LCV),
- First point of Sales contact and ambassador of the Leapmotor Brand: towards the involved departments and Leapmotor Brand but also externally towards the corresponding Retailers,
- Forecasting and Sales performance monitoring of the Brand performance,
- Ensure monitoring and regular communication internally and externally (Retailers) where needed based on Daily & Monthly Gap Analysis,
- Sustain and support all initiatives driving continuous performance improvement,
- Identify the reasons for under-performance and identify levers to be included in action plans. Support through expert assessment while using problem solving methods,
- Understand Retailer needs & feedback internally.
Profile
Your Profile:
-You have completed HBO or WO education with at least three years of experience in Sales (i.e. Zone Manager sales, aftersales, B2B), Account Management,
-You have a result-oriented mindset and a costumer costumer centric approach,
-You like new challenges and have a persuasive communication style,
-Your Dutch and English is required.
