ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Traffic Acquisition Manager to drive qualified traffic, visibility and revenue growth across organic and paid channels.

In this role, you will own the traffic acquisition strategy for the eCommerce platform, combining SEO, paid media and emerging AI driven search experiences.
You will work closely with product, content and analytics teams to ensure performance, scalability and continuous optimization.

This position is ideal for a performance driven digital professional who enjoys working with data, experimenting with new acquisition channels and shaping the future of search.



WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Traffic Acquisition Manager, you will:

• Define and execute the traffic acquisition strategy for the eCommerce platform across organic and paid channels.
• Lead the SEO strategy, including keyword research, on page optimization, technical SEO improvements and content optimization for products and categories.
• Manage paid acquisition channels, such as Google Ads, Google Shopping, display and retargeting campaigns.
• Collaborate with product and content teams to improve search visibility and discoverability.
• Identify and test new traffic sources (affiliate networks, marketplaces, partnerships).
• Monitor competitors and stay up to date with search, media and eCommerce trends.
• Optimize content and structure for AI driven search experiences, including generative search and AI assistants, ensuring strong visibility in next generation discovery channels.
• Partner with Data & Analytics teams to track performance, improve attribution and support data driven decisions.

Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in traffic acquisition, performance marketing or digital growth roles.
• Strong expertise in SEO and paid search, with hands on experience using tools such as Google Ads, Google Search Console and GA4.
• Solid analytical mindset with a data driven approach to optimization and decision making.
• Experience working in eCommerce environments with a performance and revenue focus.
• Curiosity and openness toward AI driven search, automation and emerging digital technologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross functionally.
