Supply Chain & Commercial Specialist at the Parts & Services Department

The Supply Chain & Commercial Specialist is responsible for the liaison between Stellantis, ASZM and dealer network for support, and for the improvement loyalty to our customers.

INTERFACES:
The Supply Chain & Commercial Specialist reports to the Sales and Service Manager within the Parts & Services department. Supporting entire dealer network on supply chain, commercial activities to improve dealer loyalty.

MISSIONS:
• Support in Powersupply and SAP.
• Support in battery (HV) transport.
• Support Parts catalogue (EPER, Starparts, Servicebox).
• Monitoring backorders and escalation to HQ. Looking for alternatives.
• Vehicle Off Road (VOR) tickets. Looking for alternatives and escalation to HQ.
• Daily contact with warehouse, carrier and HQ.
• Daily contact with dealer network.
• Support ASZM. Commercial activities, logistic issues, etc.
• Logistic reporting.
• Proactive informing network.
• Follow up main KPI's.

Profile

WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

TECHNICAL:
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a bonus
• Excel, Word, Outlook

WORK EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:
• Experience in Supply Chain is a plus.
