Job description

The position manages accurate PARTS forecasts by analyzing sales, market trends, and business intelligence to guarantee the right stock availability at the right time while minimizing costs. Key responsibilities include leading the S&OP process, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, optimizing forecast models, monitoring Stock and Service Rate KPIs. Cross functionally supporting and coaching a European team of Ops Managers & replenishment planners to improve active stock levels, forecast accuracy and supply chain efficiency.

Activities :
• Project manager for S&Y Distrigo parts stock demand planning app ( APS by AZAP) and return portal (BLEAF by BIP), including system updates, upgrades, migrations. Requirement's collection, prioritization, and planning. Milestone and follow-up management. Prioritization and reliable planning. Support regular steering committee work.
• Monitor the evolution of the stock and procurement budget , DB applications with editors and developers in the Stellantis IT Division
• Issue identification, addressing to the right stakeholders, facilitate the resolution and animate the resolution with the providers.
• Data Management: Creation of data reporting/ dashboard for comparison KPIs/hubs
• Develop and coordinate all useful new applications and facilitate automation to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor and share Best Practices to improve the performances of the S&Y Distrigo Hubs

Results to reach :
• Meet the project goals and ensure on time delivery.
• Increase Service Rate respecting the inventory budget, Commercial policis, increase efficiency and automation, monitoring scrap actions and parts returns to suppliers
• Ensure the control of the shared IT evolutions budget.

Profile

Initial training & work experience :
• Master in Engineering / Logistic / IT + 10 years of experience
Or Bachelor degree + 2 years university degree + 10 years of experience
• Experience of Data management, Project Management in SP and or IT project, Logistics, Aftersales activity, SP Hub Operations.

Technical Skills :
Knowledge of :
• Automotive SP distribution & After-Sales activities
• Concepts of SP Business
• Project Management
• Principles of the Stellantis Demand Planning, Order processing, Claims Management, WHS Management
• Data analyst with statistical background
• Data Manager: KPI database management: Excel, Access, Power BI, Business Objects
• Knowledge and experience in Stellantis/ S&Y parts DMS & WHS systems is a plus
