Job Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and HR leaders, driving complex hiring initiatives and leading recruitment strategies across a range of functions or regions. With 5–8 years of HR experience, including recruitment, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing talent acquisition practices, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring hiring outcomes are aligned with Stellantis' strategic goals, as part of the French Talent Acquisition team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment delivery capabilities, market insight, and a passion for process improvement, employer branding, and mentoring others.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for strategic, high-impact, or high-volume hiring needs across functions or geographies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in sourcing, assessment, and talent intelligence, guiding hiring managers in decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experiences.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level recruiters within the global TA team.
• Collaborate with employer branding, HRBPs, and external vendors to execute campaigns, events, and outreach strategies.
• Implement and track KPIs to assess hiring quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Contribute to diversity hiring initiatives and measure impact against company goals.
• Partner with TA leadership to support recruitment technology improvements (e.g., ATS, CRM, AI tools).
Profil
Minimum Qualification, Skills & Experience
• 5–8 years of HR, being the last 2-3 years managing full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a large matrixed, international, or high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated success managing complex recruitment campaigns and senior-level roles.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic advising skills.
• Proficiency with ATS systems (Workday preferred), sourcing platforms, and recruitment reporting tools.
• Experience mentoring recruiters and working in cross-functional project teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Capacity of implement assessment center or other tools in soft skills field
• Good sense of transversal management and capacity to interact with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualification, Skills & Experience
• Automotive, mobility, or tech industry recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, or talent pipelining strategies.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Politic Science or a related field.
