As a Retailer Account Manager, you're a member of the Sales Department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
Your mission consists of supporting, educating and motivating the retailer network where needed based on data driven analyses of individual performance, with a strong focus on specific Stellantis brands. Within this position, you will report to the Sales Director.

The role is located in the Amsterdam office and offers a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office).

Your contribution :
• First point of sales contact of the Stellantis brands for the appointed Retailers.
• Forecasting and monitoring the sales performance of the brands.
• Sustaining and supporting all initiatives driving continuous performance improvement.
• Identifying the reasons for underperformance and identifying levers to be included in action plans.
• Helping to secure and increase profitability, efficiency and overall success of the business.
• Monitoring and ensuring regular internal & external (retailer) communication where needed based on daily & monthly gap analysis.

Profile

What makes you a great fit:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Sales, Key-Account Management or Commercial Economics.

• At least five years of hands-on experience in a commercial role, specifically key account management, sales/aftersales, and the B2B network.

• An enthusiastic problem solver and team player with a strategic and results-driven mindset.

• A strong understanding Stellantis brands & products as well as retailer processes and tools.

• Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English.

• A genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus!
