As Project Manager Pulse, you will be in charge to manage, implement and deploy within the Netherlands the Pulse project for the Pre-Owned department.
PULSE is a back office used by the OEM (NSC) subsidiaries to buy and sell used cars to dealers/customers. The new system will allow the management of the main functions: purchasing, logistic, sales, controlling on an harmonized way on a G10 perimeter (France, Spain, Uk, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Poland, Netherland, Belgium/Luxembourg and Austria). This new Backoffice system will be linked with Stellantis systems and external partners systems. It will allow flexibility and consolidation of inter-country datas and inter brand data.

As Project Manager Pulse, your key responsibilities will be:
-Ensure the smooth launch and set up of the Pulse project in the Netherlands,
-Be the point of contact for all aspects of the organization and schedule of the project(s) piloted and report regularly on the implementation status,
-Country responsible in the weekly Pulse status meeting with HQ PROV,
-Report and escalate problems in the project implementation meeting if necessary and providing solutions,
-Managing relationships with all stakeholders on the project,
-Creation and updating of complete project documentation,
-Check and if necessary update data flows in Pulse before the official launch in cooperation with HQ PROV team and stakeholders,
-Managing of all Pulse tests before the official launch,
-Provide training and support to the Remarketing team concerning Pulse activities before and after the launch of Pulse,
-Solve unforeseen issues after the launch of Pulse and hands on to support the Pre-Owned Backoffice team.

This position is a fixed term contract of 6 months. The role is based in the Stellantis Office of Amsterdam and offer the possibility to work remotely 3 days per week.

Profile

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field,
-2+ years of experience preferably in the automotive, retail, or consumer goods industry,
-Experience within an international and dynamic environment,
- Experience in the automotive Remarketing field is a plus,
- Experience in project management.
- You are fluent in Dutch, and strong in English.
