JOB OVERVIEW
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the recruitment of talents to drive the transformation of different Functions in Stellantis. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless candidate experience, assisting recruiters and hiring teams through interview coordination, resume screening, and sourcing support.
This is a learning-focused role ideal for someone starting their career in talent acquisition with a strong interest on multinational Automotive Company.
This position is part of the Italian Talent Acquisition team which is managing permanent recruitments but also internship and apprenticeship for all of our sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Junior Talent Acquisition Partner include but are not limited to the following:
• Collaborate with hirings teams to understand needs and domains of activity
• Post job descriptions across internal systems and external platforms.
• Conduct initial CV screening and support first-round interview scheduling.
• Manage candidate records in our ATS, Workday, with high accuracy.
• Communicate interview logistics and status updates to candidates.
• Support sourcing efforts for early-career software, engineering, and data talent.
• Collaborate with the TA team on campus outreach, job fairs, and branding initiatives.
• Measure performance through TA KPIs to improve candidate's experience
Profile
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Politic Science or a related field.
• Internship or initial experience in HR, recruitment, or coordination roles.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Accountability and autonomy are fundamental in this position.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment.
• Interest in the mobility, automotive, or tech sector is a bonus.
