Stellantis Financial Services Netherlands B.V. (SFS) is the leasing and financing company of all Stellantis brands represented in the local Market. SFS is a Joint Venture (JV) between Stellantis and Santander in the Netherlands.
The IT Manager coordinate and lead all IT activities related to the financial subsidiary of SFS for the Netherlands, as well as activities related to strategic IT orientations in accordance with the principles of SFS and SIBS (Bank and Services Information System).

As IT Manager for the Netherlands, your main responsibilities will be:

- Management of a team of 5 people, allocating responsibilities within the team and projects,
- Liaising with management team to formulate, agree and implement systems strategy,
- Preparation of the annual budgets for dedicated scope,
- Ensuring that the IT department provides an efficient customer service to all departments of JV,
- Appraising continually and reviewing the systems functions of the Company with a perspective of costs saving and greater efficiency,
- Participate in the development and introduction of new applications systems,
- Ensuring that updated documentation and that the JV follows Group procedures especially in the area of IT security,
- Management and control of the networks and desktop hardware, as well a responsibility for data and voice communication systems,
- Responsible for implementing Internal Audit Recommendations.

You will also have the responsibility of the IS security of the JV. This includes the following tasks:

- Contribution to the evolution of the Information System security policy,
- Recommend to the CISO solutions to ensure the availability, security and integrity of IS and data within its perimeter of responsibility,
- Identify, evaluate and manage the IT risks of its own perimeter.

Your Profile:

- You have a Master Degree, preferably in IT, Software & Systems/ or Engineering field.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in IT (Software Development & Technical) field acquired in an international environment. A background in Financial Services sector and knowledge of Consumer credit, Fleet is a plus,
- You've implemented IT strategy through the successful completion of software development projects,
- You've already managed a team and demonstrated leadership skills,
- You have strong organisational skills and experience with managing complex projects,
- You like new challenges and have a persuasive communication skills,
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French is a plus.

– Good influencing and negotiation skills,
– Strong organisational skills,
– Ability to prioritise and multi-task,
– Fluent English, Dutch and/or French appreciated but not mandatory.
