Context and Work Environment:
This position will be part of the Global Purchasing Process and Systems Department (PRSY). This department supports Purchasing processes, ICT system integration, Data & Analytics projects and Learning & Development. The full team is in many countries across the globe with a large concentration in North America (US, MX), Extended Europe (France & Italy) and South America (Brazil). The position will be based in Poissy, France.
The purpose of this recruitment is to provide support to the Process & Systems Department to find innovative approaches to integrate AI capabilities into our current support models.
After an on-site integration period, you will be able to perform part of your mission remotely. The time spent on-site and working remotely will be determined based on the needs of the service and the organization, as defined with your supervisor.
No travel is anticipated with this position.
Your Missions:
The purpose of this recruitment is to provide support to the Process & Systems Department to find innovative approaches to integrate AI capabilities into our current support models.
During this experience, your main missions will be:
1) Interact with cross functional departments to better understand AI tools which are available to Stellantis
2) Find innovative approaches to integrate AI into existing support models
3) Interact with Process experts to ensure that support information is readily available in a standard support for AI integration
4) Continuously seek opportunities for new and innovative approaches to drive further efficiencies

Profil

Experiences:
You should have exposure and some experience in a professional work environment.
Human Quality:
You are a person that appreciates a challenging and dynamic environment that brings an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial approach to problem solving. Your natural curiosity leads to discovery of new and innovative methods and techniques for review and potential incorporation into business processes. Collaboration with others to achieve creative outcomes is a passion of yours.
Skills:
Ability to work well in a team environment to drive towards common goals. Able to review process documentation and procedures to select key information to be incorporated into an AI data model. Project Management skills would be a plus.
Studies:
You are interested in the field of Business and are seeking an apprentice position to further your studies and learn practical on the job experience with a large, multi-national organization in support of your career aspirations.
You should possess a minimum professional level (B2) of ability to converse verbally and in written form in both French and English.
