Your Mission
The Global Subscription Sales organization is building a best-in-class team in support of Stellantis' new Software Group and adding a talented Director of Global Business Planning for Subscriptions and Sales. As a senior leader, you will have strategic responsibilities such as shaping the future of subscription offerings, driving revenue, and optimizing business models. The global impact and cross-functional collaboration make it a pivotal role within the organization. You will shape the future of mobility and customer experiences. Team Leadership and Culture:
• Attract, retain, manage, and grow a high-performing and agile global team. Cultivate a culture within Business Planning that fosters career growth and drives transformation across the automotive industry.

Global Subscription Strategy:
• Define the global subscription business model:
 Craft innovative approaches to packaging, and value propositions.
 Develop a robust SKU strategy that caters to diverse audiences (B2B, B2C/Fleet).
 Strategically position our offerings for digital transformation.

Financial Impact and Industry Influence:
• Drive global P&L impact by optimizing subscription revenue.
• Influence the broader automotive industry through strategic planning and execution.

Product Evolution and Market Insights:
• Lead the evolution of subscription products and packaging:
 Determine compelling benefits and features that resonate with markets worldwide.
 Stay ahead of industry trends and customer preferences.
 Conduct deep customer research across our 14 iconic brands and diverse customer types.

Future Monetization Frameworks:
• Gain a deep understanding of unique customer needs:
 Leverage insights to build forward-looking monetization frameworks.
 Align these frameworks with our brand portfolio and market dynamics.

Executive Collaboration:
• Work closely with senior executives and their organizations to foster collaboration and alignment. Drive positive outcomes for both customers and partners.

Basic Qualifications:
These are qualifications that all candidates require to be hired

• Proven experience in strategic planning and leadership roles within at a global scale for subscriptions
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and their application for consumer or entertainment products
• 15 years of exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving revenue growth and business transformation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market insights and customer data to drive decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
These are qualifications that the Hiring Manager would prefer candidates have, but are not a requirement

• Master's Degree in Business or economics preferred
