JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated Communications Intern to support the Bottegafuoriserie Press Office and Maserati Corse media activities. The role includes assisting with media operations, coordinating interview requests, drafting press releases and editorial materials, managing journalist relations, and contributing to communication strategies for race weekend activities. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, excellent English proficiency, attention to detail, and flexibility in fast paced environments. A passion for communication and interest in the automotive or motorsport sectors are considered a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support day to day Press Office activities for Maserati Corse, assisting in the coordination of ongoing media operations.
• Manage and coordinate media requests, including interview scheduling with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation and editing of press materials, including press releases, Q&As, briefing documents, and editorial content.
• Support media relationship management activities, assisting in maintaining effective interactions with journalists and external media partners.
• Monitor media coverage and support reporting activities, ensuring alignment with global communication guidelines and brand standards.
Profile
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Languages, or a related field, or equivalent academic background with a strong interest in media and communication
• Proficient in Italian and English (C1 level)
• Good knowledge of MS Office Package
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactivity
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic, event driven contexts
• Ability to work effectively in fast paced, high pressure environments
