Description de la mission

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. The CFO will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. This role requires a strong background in financial services, leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's objectives.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage the company’s cash flow, investments, and financial risk.
• Collaborate with other executives to develop and achieve business goals.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Maintain relationships with Banks, institutional investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

Compétences Techniques

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
• Minimum English level B2.1 to C1
