Description de la mission
The Purchasing CSR team is composed of 6 persons acting globally with representation in all regions (North America, Europe, South America, Asia-Pacific) in order to support operational purchasing teams as well as suppliers to address Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR). The team is defining CSR processes, tools and strategies for Direct Material, Indirect Material & Services, as well as for Aftermarket and controls the adherence to these.
After a period of face-to-face integration, on-site, you will be able to carry out a part of your mission in remote working. On-site and remote working time will be determined according to the service and organization needs, defined with your tutor, who will be your “go-to” person. Remote working can be done up to 15 days/month.
You will support dedicated activities on new project developments related to CSR and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics, as well as existing initiatives.
The purpose of this position is to support development and maintenance of Stellantis policies and processes with regards to CSR / ESG. During this experience, your main missions will be:
1/ Due Diligence activities
- Contribute to Stellantis compliance with regulations for batteries, deforestation, etc…
- Data and Information research
- Supplier organization verification & confirmation
2/ Supplier onsite audits management
- Corrective action plan follow-up
- Reporting preparation to EVP Purchasing
3/ Support to buyers for
- Supplier CSR rating confirmation
4/ Support to suppliers for
- General questions related to CSR
- Meetings when needed.
5/ CSR Compliance at Sourcing

Profil
You are an enthusiastic person interested in the ever-growing Environment, Social and Governance area, eager to interact in a multi-regional working environment. Your English skills will support this interesting and intercultural setup.
You value collaboration within a team and understand the importance of a mindset that is open to learning and developing.
You have knowledge of Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence tools and you master the Microsoft tools Excel and Powerpoint.
Adaptation to other tools and platforms we are using is a welcomed challenge for you.
You are preparing a Bac+5 in economics or engineering, and you are looking for an apprenticeship of 24/36 months.
