As a Supply & Demand Planner, you manage vehicle production and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels, align supply with retailer and customer needs, monitor sales trends, and communicate delivery timelines and production updates. You also support the retailer network, handle product launches, and maintain accurate system records and documentation.
ACTIVITIES/ SIGNIFICANT ACTIONS
• Managing production requests including version mix.
• Submitting orders at the factories to achieve a healthy and sufficient stock mix.
• Monitoring sales trends and stock situations of both the branch and the retailer network.
• Ensuring optimal alignment of production to retailer and customer orders.
• Informing and supporting the retailer network.
• Determining and communicating delivery times.
• Informing the network of any production constraints.
• Handling launches and product changes.
• Preparing or validating necessary documentation for ordering new cars for the retailers.
Profile
PROFILE
• Advanced knowledge of excel and skills in data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative team environments, stay organized, and work accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical capacity to leverage available information.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a commercial or supply chain environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a big plus.
