Position Overview: Supply Chain Liaison
As the Supply Chain Liaison, you play a crucial role in bridging the connection between Stellantis, Stellantis &You, and our esteemed dealer network. Your mission is to ensure seamless support in the supply chain, enabling the efficient flow of parts and services to our valued dealers.
Team and Stakeholders
You are the vital link between internal stakeholders such as the Supply Chain & Commercial Specialist, Distrigo Merchanidiser, and Sales and Service Manager, as well as external partners within our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities revolve around providing comprehensive support to our dealer network, addressing concerns such as backorders, Vehicle Off Road (VOR) situations, and other supply chain-related escalations. This entails:
• Responding to IDICS supply chain inquiries
• Assisting with Parts catalogues (EPER, Starparts, Servicebox)
• Monitoring backorders and VOR situations, seeking alternatives when necessary
• Maintaining daily communication with Stellantis &You, hubs, HQ, and the dealer network
• Generating logistic reports and ensuring proactive communication with the network
• Tracking and following up on key supply chain KPIs
Profile
Key Success Factors:
Success in this role hinges on various requisites, including:
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong communication skills
• Decisiveness and proactive decision-making abilities
• Reactivity to address challenges promptly
• A strong sense of responsibility and analytical thinking
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving situations
Work Experience and Background:
Fluent in English, Dutch would be a plus for this role. While experience in Supply Chain is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
What's crucial is your ability to effectively communicate, analyse situations, and proactively support our dealer network.
