• Define, propose, and validate TPC reduction plans for each supplier audited.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities leveraging audit results and industry benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with Cost Engineering to validate “should cost” referentials.
• Share Lessons Learned and contribute to the continuous enhancement of EE Cost Management standards and methods.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will interact with a rich network of internal stakeholders, including:

• Industrial Purchasing Managers
• Direct Material Commodity Teams
• Cost Engineering

A highly cross-functional context, ideal for professionals who enjoy influencing across teams.

Profile

• Proven exposure to manufacturing processes and industrial cost drivers.
• Strong analytical mindset and autonomy in project management.
• Solid organizational and planning capabilities.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Co-Pilot.
• Fluent English (C1) + Italian (working proficiency).
• Leadership and assertiveness in discussions with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability and willingness to travel to supplier plants approximately once per week.

WHY JOIN STELLANTIS

• Be part of a global and multicultural organization that drives innovation in a rapidly evolving automotive landscape.
• Work in a pivotal role where your analyses and insights will directly influence purchasing decisions and cost competitiveness.
• Join a team committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
