The Performance & Insights Specialist will be responsible for coordinating analytical insights, and providing recommendations to the marketing departments and the Customer Management Office, with the aim of increasing traffic, engagement, sales, and customer satisfaction in the Netherlands.
The area of expertise will cover the entire online customer journey. The Performance & Insights Specialist will work within the CMO Department and will report directly to the CMO Director.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Coordinate, in relation with the brands and service providers, reports and dashboards to measure the impact of marketing campaigns on the sales performance,
- Liaise between the internal teams and our partner responsible for producing analysis reports,
- Work on the definition of digital objectives for the years to come, in accordance with the marketing strategies,
- Measure digital performance on a daily basis, and improve the features in coordination with the different teams and/or service providers,
- Present your solutions towards the stakeholders (brands, CMO) in order to improve the overall performance,
- Contribute to the implementation of new digital projects, seek efficiency and harmonization on the overall supports used,
- Coordinate the preparation of business reviews and present the performance if required,
- Measure the impact of marketing campaigns on the digital business and provide recommendations for future campaigns, compare the different results, identify the best practices,
- Challenge the different stakeholders (brands, and other departments) with targets based on essential KPIs (traffic, leads generated, and so on),
- Provide analysis regarding the profile of our users/prospects/buyers.
Profile
You have a master's degree in Business Administration/ Digital Marketing/ Marketing or other related field,
You benefit as well of an excellent verbal and written communication skills,
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines,
You demonstrate leadership skills, autonomy and rigorous,
You have an ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees and to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate,
You are experienced with Office 365 ( mainly Teams, Word & Excel),
You are Fluent English; French and Dutch are a plus.
