As Parts & Services Zone Manager you're a member of the Parts & Services department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
Your mission consist in being the liaison between Stellantis and the dealer. The Parts & Services Zone Manager is responsible for the realisation of the dealer objectives for sales of parts, sales of services and quality within the dedicated zone and assure the effective application of the priority methods and programs/ projects for the dedicated dealers.
The role is located in the office of Amsterdam and offering a hybrid working environment.
Your contribution :
Customer Satisfaction (NPS)
•Analyze customer satisfaction results (NPS) and identify continuous improvement actions.
•Ensure after-sales processes are properly implemented and consistently followed to enhance customer experience,
•Follow up on dealer action plans, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, execution, and measurable results.
Commercial Performance & Sales Support
•Drive the achievement of commercial targets through regular performance follow-up.
•Leverage marketing sell-in initiatives and promotional campaigns to support dealer performance.
•Identify and implement effective operational strategies to achieve quarterly sales objectives.
•Strengthen dealer loyalty and optimize sell-in performance across OEM and DFS products (for example Tires, Batteries,..)
•Ensure strong alignment and collaboration between Sales and After-Sales teams at dealer level.
Training & Standards Compliance
•Identify training needs and support continuous skill development at network level.
Network Development
•Ensure dealer compliance with network standards and define improvement plans where required, in coordination with the Network Development (ND) team.
•Lead the implementation and follow-up of SOS (Simplified Operating Standards) across the dealer network.
Technical Services
•Monitor and ensure the effective execution of recall campaigns by the dealer network.
Profile
What makes you a great fit:
• A Bachelor's, preferably in the automotive sector,
• At least five years of hands-on experience in a similar position,
• Fluency in Dutch and strong communication skills in English.
