Within the CMO department and within the team Insights & Performance, we are looking for a CMO Project Manager. The CMO Project Manager will report to the Manager Insights & Performance. This role will have as main responsibility to bring the local implementation, acceptance, understanding and usage of the Stellantis global applications to the next level. Within this versatile position, the stakeholder and people management is key. In order to ensure that our retailers and internal organisation understand how, why and when to use our tooling. You will be our project manager who creates, facilitates and distributes our tooling information materials and trainings. In addition, you will be co-leading the Stellantis internal and external transformation to a customer centric way of working. The automotive industry is evolving rapidly, and we aim to be at the forefront of it. Therefore, we launch new and improved tools, which enables a seamless customer journey for our drivers. And at the same time we want to improve the efficiency of our sales process. You will play a valuable role in the communication aspect and co-leading the deployment and transformation of these projects.
The Customer Management Office is a department within Stellantis Netherlands that advice and supports the brands: Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep, Abarth, Citroën, DS, Opel & Peugeot on data-driven marketing expertise, to optimize the client experience.

The main responsibilities of this role are:

-Project lead concerning data, leads and marketing,
-Excel in planning and targets to ensure that projects reach milestones and deadlines,
-Manage relationships with suppliers/agencies, retailers and internal stakeholders,
-Make training and information materials for stakeholders (to explain and motivate),
-Support with evaluations of Marketing, leads and sales KPI's.

Profile:
-You have at least 3-5 years' experience in project management, communication, or training management,
-You are willing to travel to our retailers within the Netherlands.

This position is starting first with a fixed term contract organised with an external agency from the 1st of October 2024 till the 30th of March 2025.
The role is based in Amsterdam with the possibility of working remotely 3 days per week.
