JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly skilled Staff Engineer to drive the technical evolution of our software engineering ecosystem through hands-on development and solution enablement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about writing clean, testable code and building robust solutions that scale across a large, distributed organization.
You will focus on implementing methodologies inspired by leading tech companies, adapted to the automotive domain. Your work will involve creating schema-driven, language-independent development environments, designing domain-specific languages (DSLs), and building model transformation pipelines to support modern engineering practices.
In addition to technical contributions, you will mentor engineers and coach teams on best practices and facilitate the adoption of our SW ecosystem across multiple teams and geographies, ensuring consistency and usability at scale.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Job Responsibilities include:
Write high-quality, maintainable, and testable code across the full technology stack.
•Design and develop domain-specific languages (DSLs) and model-to-model transformation pipelines.
•Apply Configuration-as-Code concepts to standardize and automate engineering workflows.
•Build components that enable a consistent and scalable engineering ecosystem for large-scale software development.
•Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to integrate solutions with existing build and deployment platforms.
•Ensure compliance and lifecycle management for third-party and open-source software (OSS) supply chains.
•Mentor engineers and coach teams on technical best practices, clean code principles, and test-driven development.
•Facilitate adoption of developed solutions across a large, distributed organization through documentation, enablement sessions, and hands-on support.
