INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition Team in recruiting top talent to drive the transformation of various Functions within Stellantis. In this role, you will contribute to delivering a seamless candidate experience and assist recruiters and hiring managers throughout the different phases of the selection process.
This is a learning-focused opportunity, ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career with a strong interest in working within a multinational automotive company.
This internship is part of the Italian Talent Acquisition Team, which manages permanent recruitment as well as internships and apprenticeships across all Stellantis sites in Italy.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The intern will be involved in the following activities:

- Collaborating with hiring teams to understand role requirements and functional domains.
- Posting job descriptions on internal systems and external job platforms.
- Conducting initial CV screenings and supporting the scheduling of first-round interviews.
- Managing candidate records in our ATS (Workday) with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicating interview logistics and process updates to candidates.
- Supporting sourcing activities for early-career roles in software, engineering, and data domains.
- Collaborating with the TA team on campus outreach, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Contributing to the measurement and improvement of candidate experience through TA KPIs.

Profile

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, or related fields.
- Previous exposure to HR or recruitment activities.
- Strong comfort with digital tools, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems.
- Familiarity with Workday or another ATS is a plus.
- Basic understanding of, or strong interest in, the dynamics of a multinational automotive company.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in local and international teams.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in Italian and English; French is a plus.
- Interest in the mobility, automotive, or tech sector.
