Job description
Develop a deep understanding of SMP processes and tools, identify inefficiencies and data gaps, maintain accurate KPI and complexity dashboards, support
governance routines with well prepared inputs and follow ups, and contribute to continuous improvements across complexity management, CLV
coordination, and cross functional operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Complexity Reduction:
Prepare and execute GPC complexity assessments
Validate complexity inputs and Golden Rules
Track complexity KPIs and NorthStar/ShiftLeft adoption
Highlight risks and reuse deviations
KPI & Dashboards:
Maintain KPI dashboards, refresh data, and ensure accuracy
Coordinate with data owners for reporting
Prepare monthly KPI insights
Support improvements to KPI definitions
Governance & Process:
Maintain and update SMP processes, templates, and workflows
Identify bottlenecks and propose tactical fixes
CLV & Data Coordination:
Support CLV dataset preparation and data validation
Maintain CLV dashboards
Prepare operational summaries for roadmap
Key inputs include quality and warranty information, feature usage, customer and market information
Cross-Functional Support & Communication:
Prepare materials for leadership reviews
Coordinate with engineering and product teams

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
10+ years experience
Strong operational/project management
Experience in software/org operations
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in PMO, operations, Quality and/or process improvement
Familiarity with variant management and product planning
Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar)
