Join Stellantis as our Sales Campaign Manager Fiat & Abarth in The Netherlands!

The Sales Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales campaigns to maximize Fiat & Abarth passenger car and commercial vehicle car sales and enhance the brand's image in the Netherlands. This role also involves creating sales strategies for the private lease and SME lease segments with captive leasing partners.

Working closely with the Product Manager, the Sales Campaign Manager ensures optimal positioning of Fiat & Abarth models across sales channels, balancing volume, profit, image, and customer satisfaction.

Additionally, the Sales Campaign Manager collaborates with the Marketing Manager to support sales campaigns with effective communication strategies and works with sales campaign managers of other Stellantis brands to optimize strategies. The role also includes analysing the financial impact of campaigns with the Multibrand Controlling team, ensuring proper implementation and follow up.

ACTIVITIES/ SIGNIFICANT ACTIONS

Informing the marketing manager and the communication agencies about the new
campaigns to enable the teams to develop the best communication strategy
• Setting up the sales campaigns in the systems, in order to have the campaigns
correctly stated on the customer invoice
• Working together with the captive leasing providers to get the best lease rates
• Present the pricing power positioning of Fiat & Abarth Netherlands to the HQ pricing team on a monthly basis.
• Single point of contact towards Fiat HQ regarding the NL launch of the all new Fiat Topolino.

Profile

INTERFACES

The Sales Campaign Manager will directly report to the Fiat & Abarth Brand Director and will liaise with various internal stakeholders, including the Fiat & Abarth Product Manager, Marketing Manager, Stellantis Sales Campaign Managers, B2B Team, Multibrand LCV Business Unit, Controlling Department, Multibrand Marketing Office (CMO), and Fiat & Abarth HQ Pricing.
Additionally, she/he will interact with external stakeholders such as Stellantis Financial Services (captive provider of private lease and financing products), Leasys (captive provider of operational lease products), Retailer Salesmen, and Retailer Backoffice.

• Cross functional collaboration: Ability to work with stakeholders from all different teams (CMO, Controlling, HQ) in order to get the support of all teams to get the campaigns executed in the best possible way
• Time management: Ability to prioritize the tasks properly in high pressure times, taking into account the workload impact for other stakeholders as well.
