Job description

In a vehicle/platform/module project, the planning project Specialist, in accordance with the planning standards of project and under the Project Planning Manager's operational authority:
• adapts the standard Product Development Process (PDP) to the project, updates, records and classifies the versions of the project's macro schedule (3 levels of timing)
• verifies the quality of the planning within product and process teams and directs them, if needed, to the implementation of preventive or curative plans
• is in charge of the convergence of prototype budgets (Means budget) at each phase of the project and guarantees their respect
• establishes detailed planning of prototype means, updates it and manages their realization until their delivery to the customers, from the first mule cars to series production vehicle.
• creates and coordinates project's dashboards
• applies project management standards and propose her/his experience feedback for continual improvement (Lesson learnt).
