Description de la mission

Each month, he/she:
- Consolidates and analyzes the countries' commercial demand and its evolutions to propose a production input.
- Cooperates with scheduling & supply teams to guarantee the execution of the plan.
- Proposes a production program per market, respecting the repartition per region, the demand of the markets and the capacities constraints, on the planning horizon.

Every day:
In collaboration with Order Schedulers and Supply team, Sales team & Brands, he/she:
- Ensures the respect of the priorities and commercial constraints to be considered in the firm month
- Ensures to get the right level of orders to cover the production
- Oversees KD flows/deliveries, alerts in case of issue, proposes action plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the sales mix and guarantee the reliability of the dedicated production needs
- Plan and prepare the monthly Product Review
- Review of the results, previous cycles consensus, countries' feedback
- Challenge the strength related to the Countries forecasts mix
- Propose What if Demand and contribute to set up what if Demand and Supply
- Prepare the production budget (CP09) and budget re-forecast (CP12, CP04)
- Allocate in the tool the monthly production volumes decided by country
- Adjust the country's allocations mix according to the product events
- Share the allocated production volumes by country. Allocate the production volumes in title by country
- Answer to the warnings coming from the Order Schedulers on the blocking points for the execution: Contribute to the analysis and potential arbitration
- Handle the programs changes with the Order Scheduler
- Consider the events on execution to write the following cycles
- Participate in KD industrialization projects for Supply chain topics
- Support KD plant operations (problem solving with suppliers, logistics providers, plants, internal/external partners).

Regional Scope: Mainly EE with occasional actions also with MEA/IAP/SA Regions
