Job description

We are looking for a strategic and globally oriented position within the Spare Parts Supply Chain. This role offers high visibility with top management and plays a pivotal part in shaping the future of our operations. It is designed for someone who thrives in a multicultural environment and is eager to engage with diverse teams across regions.

The scope of this position spans end-to-end supply chain processes, from supplier management to material delivery, ensuring seamless integration and optimization at every stage.

You will be involved in a long-term, multi-year project that aims to transform and harmonize global practices, driving efficiency and resilience across our network.

As part of this journey, you will travel to experience local realities collaborating and understanding of regional procedures. This position will play a key role in the analysis, development, and execution of the new Stellantis order management procedures.

The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally, engage with various teams, and contribute to building efficient and effective strategies. This to enhance our order management and CRM processes as a key contributor to the customer journey.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with multiple global functions to contribute to the definition and deployment of Stellantis' Order Management transformation roadmap.

- Support strategic communication, reporting, and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

- Actively engage with regional teams to understand local operating models and ensure harmonization across markets.

- Map current (AS-IS) Order Management processes end-to-end, from inbound flows to final delivery, including logistics, warehouse operations, and commercial aspects.

- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, system gaps, and data issues requiring corrective action.

- Participate in workshops and working groups to define target operating models and align functional requirements globally.

- Build and maintain a structured knowledge repository of the existing Order Management processes, using SharePoint or similar tools.

- Create process flowcharts, business process documentation, and standardized deliverables with proper version control.

- Produce executive summaries and presentations to highlight insights, recommendations, and process advancements.

- Support the definition and validation of functional specifications during the design phase.

- Contribute to fit-gap analysis and global harmonization of requirements.

- Support end-to-end testing of new Order Management functionalities, including issue tracking, troubleshooting, and certification documentation.

Profile

- Previous experience in after-sales spare parts supply chain operations (5-7 years).

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or specialized training in Supply Chain or Project Management is a plus.

- Proven track record in project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional and international initiatives.

- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel: data analysis and basic automation; PowerPoint & Word: reporting and executive presentation development)

- General knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and performance monitoring.

- Understanding of supply chain operating processes and related supporting systems.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

- Comfortable working in multicultural environments and cross-functional teams.

- Fluent in English (B2 minimum). French is considered a plus.

- Availability to travel based on project needs.
