Job description

MISSION

The GenAI Development & Enablement Manager leads the design, development, and industrialization of Generative AI solutions across Service Excellence and After Sales operations.
The role is responsible for transforming GenAI opportunities into scalable, secure, and business ready solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate AI governance, technology standards, and After Sales strategic priorities.
This position operates with a high level of autonomy and ownership, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and acting as a key reference for GenAI enablement within the After Sales domain.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the end to end lifecycle of GenAI use cases, from opportunity assessment and proof of concept to production deployment and scaling.
• Coordinate cross functional teams including Data Scientists, GenAI Developers, IT, and external technical partners.
• Ensure all GenAI solutions comply with AI governance, security, quality, and risk management standards, including gate and validation processes.
• Assess technical feasibility and business value of GenAI initiatives aimed at improving technician productivity, diagnostics, and service process efficiency.
• Own and manage the GenAI roadmap and backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with After Sales business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Architecture, IT, Data Governance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Monitor performance, adoption, and impact of deployed GenAI tools and define continuous improvement actions.
• Act as a GenAI enablement focal point for the After Sales domain, promoting best practices, responsible usage, and capability building across teams.

Profile

• 5–10 years of professional experience in AI, data, digital transformation, or advanced analytics roles, with hands on exposure to Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong background in AI / Machine Learning, including experience with LLMs or applied AI in business contexts.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and coordinate cross functional teams.
• Experience with data platforms, API based architectures, AI governance frameworks, and model lifecycle management.
• Understanding of after sales processes, service operations, diagnostics, or technician support tools is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions with clear, measurable outcomes.
