JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations & Governance Specialist to support the Mobilisights' operational backbone. The role combines 70% core business operations execution (invoicing, auditing, receivables, purchasing...) with 30% process improvement, business governance, and performance reporting. This position is critical to ensuring operational excellence, financial accuracy, and scalable governance through strong business insights and visualization.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Business Operations (70%)
•Manage end-to-end invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies
•Support accounts receivable tracking, follow-up, and resolution of payment issues
•Coordinate purchasing activities, including purchase requests, approvals, and vendor communication
•Assist in auditing and operational controls, ensuring adherence to financial and business procedures
•Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business operations

Process, Governance & Reporting (30%)
•Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of business processes and governance frameworks.
•Support implementation of scalable operating models, ownership structures, and accountability mechanisms
•Create and maintain management reporting, dashboards, and business performance visualizations (operational KPIs, risks, and improvement opportunities)
•Drive transparency and structure across cross-functional teams through clear reporting and governance routines

Profile

REQUIREMENTS
Key Qualifications and Skills
•7+ years of experience in business operations, financial operations, planning & optimization, or similar roles
•Strong understanding of invoicing, receivables, purchasing, and audit-support processes
•Ability to work with structured governance frameworks in a fast-paced environment
•Advanced skills in Excel and business reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
•Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline
•Excellent stakeholder management, scheduling, planning and communication skills
•Strong business orientation and preferably a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business processes in B2B companies, preferably in SaaS/DaaS businesses.
•An entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take challenges and find an optimal solution

Additional Requirements of the Role
•BS/BA or equivalent degree.
•Must be fluent and able to conduct business in English. Business proficiency in other languages is highly desirable, including French and Italian.
