Job description

Increase the sales of B2B Mobility Solutions (multiply by 3 the volumes, turnover and margin by 2023)

1- Be responsible for Worldwide sales
- Perform benchmark in various countries to identify market positions
- Establish business KPIs and build according actions in order to reach targets
- Activate sales channels (IKAM, NKAM, BCM, ZM, dealers…)
- Look for new business opportunities in order to increase the sales and the profitability of our B2B solutions, including new channels like call center & web sales
- Develop direct sales to the end customers
- Develop new countries (USA, China, Middle East and Africa, Latam…)
- Proposition of a commercial policy (incentive, PAYPLAN, POLCO, special operations…)

2- Develop commercial and marketing actions on all the sales channels
- Lead the relationship with local partners
- Train/manage sales teams and support them with customers
- Build and update of business documentations (user guides, Q&A, customers presentation, sales pitches, video presentations…)
- Provide product documentation to the training teams
- Lead the follow-up of training with the HR department
- Do demonstrations of the different interfaces solutions and ROI tables
- Launch test phases with the customers
- Be proactive on communication and marketing topics
- Collect customer feedbacks, go to some exhibitions, participate to conference etc…

3- Manage customer satisfaction (increase the score from 7,5 to 8,5/10)
- Manage satisfaction KPIs
- Follow-up of corrective actions with the Business and Product Owners
- Analysis, evaluation and consideration of new customer requests


- Business school + significant field experience
- Strong leadership: sales team management experience
- Business targets and customer satisfaction oriented
- Important knowledge of the B2B market, especially in the M2M, e-commerce and mobility fields
- Superior ability to establish, develop and leverage business relations
- Tenacity and determination to succeed in changing conditions
- Accuracy, autonomy, reliability
- Fluent in English & French
- Other languages could be appreciated (Spanish, chinese…)
- Having demonstrated its ability to operate in a fully international environment
