Description de la mission

The resource is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and continuous evolution of Stellantis' global Web Platform foundation, ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of critical Internet-facing services worldwide.
The professional will lead the global Domain Name System (DNS) and Content Delivery Network (CDN) ecosystems and external teams for delivering highly available and resilient digital experiences across all Stellantis brands, markets, and digital products.
The role is intended as a strategic growth position within the organization and is expected to evolve through an established development pipeline toward broader technology leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Global Platform Ownership
• Define and execute the strategy for worldwide DNS and CDN services.
• Ensure high availability, resilience, security, scalability, and performance of global web infrastructure.
• Drive continuous optimization of Internet-facing platform services supporting Stellantis digital properties.
• Establish governance standards, operational procedures, and service performance objectives.

Team Leadership
• Lead and develop an external team of twelve technology professionals.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and innovation.
• Define priorities, objectives, and performance expectations across the team.
• Support talent development and succession planning.

AI Enablement and Innovation
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve platform operations, user experience, observability, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and adoption of innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Vendor and Partner Management
• Govern relationships with strategic technology partners and service providers.
• Manage external teams supporting operational and transformational activities.
• Ensure delivery quality, contractual compliance, and alignment with Stellantis strategic objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic Technology Leadership
• Translate business priorities into technology roadmaps and actionable initiatives.
• Support enterprise-wide digital transformation objectives.
• Contribute to long-term Web Platform strategy, balancing operational stability with innovation.
• Influence technology decisions impacting customer-facing digital experiences globally.

Profil

Required Experience
• Proven leadership experience managing large-scale Internet-facing platforms in multinational environments.
• Strong expertise in DNS, CDN, networking, edge services, web infrastructure, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and technology transformation programs.
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence initiatives, automation programs, or advanced digital platform modernization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications:
• Education: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluent English is required. Additional European languages are considered an asset.
