As Campaign Manager, you are part of the CMO (Customer Management Office) department of Stellantis Netherlands and report directly to the CMO Director.
The Campaign Manager at Stellantis is responsible for developing and managing disruptive, customer centric, value and campaign propositions for the various automotive brands within the Stellantis group (Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS, Fiat, Jeep, Lancia, Opel, Peugeot). Your focus will be on national, local and CRM cross-brand campaigns. You will work closely with the different brands, departments and external agencies to ensure competitive propositions and campaigns as well as a smooth execution.

The mains responsabilities of the position will be:
• Develop and roll out value and campaign propositions for various automotive brands within Stellantis.
• Investigate opportunities for effective cross-brand initiatives (national/local/CRM) to create unique and compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
• Analyse market trends and customer needs to create competitive propositions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and other relevant departments.
• Engage brands and challenge brand and cross-brand briefings.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of propositions and adjust where needed.
• Present propositions to internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
• Strong organizational skills, initiator and team player;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management and working in cross-functional teams.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Data driven & ‘digital savvy' with a customer centric approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills;
• Accurate, efficient and independent;
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Being passionate about cars and our brands is a big plus!
