Description de la mission

• Very exciting opportunity at PSA, one of the most successful and dynamic automotive company in the world.
International growth is one of our major axis monitor at the highest level of the company.
We need a Supply Chain International Manager to support all PSA Supply Chain department to get PSA to the bench in the market.
• Main objective of the Supply Chain International Manager will be to define the best transport strategy within the Regions and between Regions (Continents) to optimize PSA performance.
In that purpose, he will redesign the entire flow (end to end) and the associated processes, tools, training… and he will build the transformation plan worldwide.

• The Supply Chain International Manager shall understand the Supply Chain as a whole, including Operation, Project, Engineering and IT.
He shall also understand the specificities of the Regions.

• The Supply Chain International Manager will be the PSA worldwide referent, reporting to the PSA corporate Transport and Packaging department
He will work cross-functionally with
o Supply chain project, engineering, operation, IT
o Purchasing, Finance/customs
o Regions (Europe, Latin America, Asia,…)

Expected results
• Validate at PSA Supply Chain Dir level the transport strategy best in class which will be bench in the automotive industry considering operation, flows, packaging and efficiency
• Challenge the current transport performance to implement quick win solution

• By :
o Evaluating the current situation (as is)
 To be done for each region and performance associated
o Comparing the performance of the different scenarios
 Based on the bench
o Proposing a want to be target and the yearly roadmap to reach the want to be
 Diagnosing PSA needs on IT and transformation
 Defining the mandatory technical evolution in terms of processes & tools to cut our cost drastically
 Strengthening the intercontinental skills by identifying gaps with required competences, defining roadmap & associated training and leading the transformation

• Working Experience
o At least 10 years of experience in an Automotive Company or equivalent (Transport department) or in a transport company.
o International experience
o Transport operational or purchasing experience would be appreciated
