JOB DESCRIPTION
We're searching for the best candidate for our Software organization, as Technical Program Manager will:
•Drive architecture, engineering, and integration decisions and timelines across multiple teams and organizations
•Establish business processes and policies, as well as metrics and indicators for success
•Develop, report, and continually improve business performance metrics
•Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
•Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs against developer experience, customer, experience, and time to market
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Job Responsibilities include:
This position is responsible for the Technical Program Management on a project - HPCs and Zone controllers which are the MAKE controllers for the platform across all 14 Brands
•Own planning and delivery of software built in software organization
•Work successfully with customers, leaders, and other engineering teams.
•You foster constructive dialogue, harmonize discordant views, and lead the resolution of contentious issues.
•Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Software Architects, Systems Engineers, and Software Developers to gather technical requirements for new tools and drive the adoption of the solutions you build.

Basic Qualifications:
•7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
•5+ years of technical product or program management experience
•3+ years of software development experience
•5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
•Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
