ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Supply & Demand Manager to play a key role in shaping how our supply chain performs across regions.
In this position, you will act as a global reference point for Supply, Demand and Inventory excellence, driving data‑driven insights, benchmarking best‑in‑class practices, and supporting regional teams in achieving optimal service and inventory performance.
This role combines strategic thinking, advanced analytics and cross‑regional collaboration, offering the opportunity to influence global standards, innovation initiatives and long‑term planning architecture.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Supply & Demand Manager, you will:

• Lead in depth benchmarking activities on Supply, Demand and Inventory Management practices across regions and against industry standards.
• Conduct advanced analytical studies on service levels, inventory performance and demand forecasting, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support and animate the definition of global and regional inventory & service targets, ensuring alignment across markets.
• Develop, maintain and continuously evolve global Supply & Demand management guidelines.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for regional Supply Chain teams, providing constructive challenge and guidance to ensure alignment with global targets.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of global planning processes and system architecture, in line with long term Supply Chain strategy.
• Lead or co lead global innovation initiatives, including digital solutions (ICT), process optimization and change management, working across functions and geographies.

Profile

You bring a strong mix of analytical capability, strategic mindset and Supply Chain expertise, with:

• A Bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics or Management (Master's degree is a plus).
• Solid experience in Supply Chain Management (Parts & Services experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, service performance and demand planning principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Office tools.
• Familiarity with European and North American Parts & Services systems is considered a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and regions.
• Curiosity and interest in Supply Chain trends, digital transformation and innovation.
