As a Network Development Operations Specialist you're a member of the Network Development Department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
Your mission consists of supporting the Network Development & Quality function at Stellantis by ensuring the accuracy, efficiency and governance of dealer-related systems, processes and data. This position acts as a central coordination point between internal stakeholders, the dealer network, and external suppliers, contributing to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of network and quality services. Within this position, you will report to the Network Development Director.

The role is located in the office of Amsterdam.

Your contribution :
• Budget management of the Quality & Network Development Department
• Managing 360 reports and communication to the network and animation NSC team
• Project management of the IDCS & Documents portal
• Communication with the retailer network by means of letters, telephone and email.
• Communication and coordination with external suppliers (including audits of contracts, billing)
• Administrative support in the Network Development & Quality department
• Administration of all relevant retailer data in network referential systems and SnapOn systems
• Managing, drafting and signing retailer and agreed repairers contracts
• Taking care of the regular network development reports.

Profile

What makes you a great fit:

• At least five years of experience in Retailer Marketing, store concepts, or relevant fields.
• Experience with renovations or building constructions.
• Well-structured and organized with a hands-on mentality.
• Open minded and curious person who can communicate with conviction.
• Fluent oral and written communication in both Dutch and English.
• A genuine passion for cars and enthusiasm for our brands is a big plus!
