During your 4 to 6-month internship in HR Coordination based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherlands HR team by assisting it with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment.

• You will be in charge of recruiting new interns within Stellantis Netherlands;
• You will support the administrative recruitment process, and maintain the personnel administration up to date (personal files, sickness, reports);
• You will execute the internal communication, and develop initiatives related to Employee Engagement, Employer Branding and Wellbeing;
• You will help harmonise internal processes to optimise efficiency (recent merger of the group);
• You will assist the HR department with various other activities and projects.

• Internship allowance: 500€ per month
• 3 days of remote working per week

• You are a Bachelor (HBO/WO) / Business School student in HR, Business Studies, Management or related fields;
• You have a proficient/fluent level in English (Fluent level in Dutch is a plus);
• You are communicative and socially skilled, with a hands-on mentality;
• You are independent, accurate, and self-starting.
