Description de la mission

We're looking for a Head of Social Media to define and lead the global social media strategy on the Peugeot brand. Someone bold, creative and strategic, ready to elevate our presence across platforms and push boundaries in the world of automotive communication.

The role
o As part of a major global automotive group, you will shape and oversee the global social media strategy for Peugeot: a brand undergoing exciting transformation.
o Drive a high-impact content and engagement strategy across all social platforms, in close coordination with regions over 130 markets.
o Lead the creative direction and narrative development for social campaigns supporting brand moments, product launches, motorsport, and always-on content.
o Oversee channel governance, tone of voice, publishing excellence, and community engagement across platforms.
o Partner with key stakeholders, including communication, product, PR, design, CRM and media teams to align social media objectives with business goals.
o Lead and develop the social media agency ecosystem to ensure outstanding execution, innovation, and scalability.
o Monitor, analyse and improve key KPIs on brand awareness, reach, engagement, engagement rate and measure media efficiency.
o Promote social-first thinking to ensure the teamwork across different departments.
o A good knowledge of AI tools and machine learning applications for content creation, performance analysis, or workflow automation is a strong plus.

Profil

o Proven experience leading social media strategies, ideally within the automotive industry (but not required).
o Strong creative instincts with a solid understanding of platform-specific content, trends, influencers and storytelling.
o Leadership and project management experience is a plus.
o Deep understanding of paid/organic dynamics, content performance metrics, and social listening tools.
o Passionate about innovation and audience behaviour on digital platforms.
