Job description

Are you an organized, people focused, and curious HR professional ready to shape the development journey of Europe's future leaders?

We are looking for a Graduates Program Project Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team and support both the attraction & selection of high potential graduates, as well as their development journey within Stellantis.
In this role, you will coordinate a structured international program designed for top early career talent, ensuring smooth rotations, impactful learning experiences, and strong engagement across multiple countries and business areas.

YOUR MISSION

You will support the full lifecycle of the European Graduates Program — from attraction and talent selection, to onboarding, international rotations, capability-building initiatives, engagement activities, and cross border mobility.
Your work will directly contribute to developing the next generation of leaders within Stellantis.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support employer branding initiatives, attraction campaigns, and participation in job fairs with top universities.
• Contribute to the recruitment process for high potential talent: interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, assessment logistics, and candidate communication.
• Organize and deliver structured onboarding journeys: welcome sessions, information packs, logistics, and touchpoints during the first months.
• Drive the end to end coordination of rotation cycles: collect role proposals, consolidate opportunities from business teams, align timing, and communicate next steps to graduates and managers.
• Maintain updated overviews of rotation plans, assignments, and country transitions.
• Coordinate learning and development activities for the graduate population across Europe.
• Organize workshops, leadership talks, learning modules, team building moments, and engagement events.
• Collaborate with HR and Mobility teams to manage international transitions (timelines, documentation, alignment with sending/hosting teams).
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs (retention, mobility, progression, feedback, milestones).
• Prepare structured reports, presentations, and storytelling for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation accuracy (guidelines, handbooks, calendars, templates) and support continuous process harmonization across countries.

Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, or Project Coordination.
• Experience in multicultural and international contexts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR tools.
• Fluent English (C1) and French (B2+/C1).

WHO YOU ARE

Collaborative, reliable, detail oriented, and passionate about supporting high potential young talent. You enjoy connecting teams and thrive in dynamic, international environments.

WHAT WE OFFER

• A highly international role with exposure to HR and business teams across Europe.
• Direct impact on the development of high potential early career talent.
• Opportunities to contribute to learning, engagement, and mobility initiatives.
• A supportive and collaborative team environment.
• Continuous learning through cross functional interactions.
• A fast paced context where coordination, stakeholder management, and project skills can truly grow.
