Job description
Are you a structured, proactive, and detail oriented HR professional who enjoys coordinating impactful development programs across borders?
We are looking for a Graduates Program Project Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in France, supporting the attraction, selection, and development of high potential young professionals across Europe.
You will work with international HR teams, managers, and program stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high quality experience for participants and contribute to shaping the next generation of Stellantis leaders.
YOUR MISSION
You will play a central role in managing the full lifecycle of the European Graduates Program — from attracting and selecting top young talent, to coordinating their onboarding, rotations, learning pathways, mobility, and overall engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Support employer branding initiatives, attraction campaigns, and participation in job fairs with top universities.
• Support recruitment processes for high potential graduates: interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, assessment logistics, and candidate communication.
• Plan and deliver onboarding journeys: welcome sessions, logistics, information kits, and follow up touchpoints.
• Lead the end to end coordination of rotation cycles: collect role proposals, consolidate business opportunities, align timelines, and communicate with managers and graduates.
• Monitor assignment progress and ensure clarity on expectations.
• Coordinate development activities for early career talent: workshops, leadership talks, learning modules, team building and engagement sessions.
• Support cross country assignments in close collaboration with HR and Mobility teams (timelines, documentation, alignment between sending and hosting teams).
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs (mobility, retention, progression, feedback, milestones).
• Prepare structured reports, presentations, and storytelling content for senior leadership and HR communities.
• Ensure accuracy and harmonization of program documentation (guidelines, handbooks, templates, calendars, rotation materials).
Profile
• 3–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, or Project Coordination.
• Experience in international and cross functional environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems.
• Fluent English (C1) and excellent/native French.
WHO YOU ARE
You are collaborative, structured, detail oriented, and motivated by enabling high potential talent to grow. You enjoy coordinating activities across different teams and countries.
WHAT WE OFFER
• A highly international role with exposure to diverse HR and business teams across Europe.
• Direct impact on the development of early career high potential talent.
• Opportunities to contribute to learning, engagement, and mobility initiatives.
• A dynamic and supportive team environment.
• Continuous learning through cross functional collaboration.
• A fast paced context where coordination and stakeholder management skills can grow significantly.
