Job description

General description :
The Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing the Accounting, HR/Personnel and Administrative activities for the PSA North American operation. Primary responsibility is to manage various bookkeeping activities, organizational HR paperwork and manage administrative activities for the office including assisting the President with travel, meeting and expense coordination. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company's office and contributes to our sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:
• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payables
• Bookkeeping
• Banking
• Rebilling to Parent Co.
Budget Preparation
• Tax filings (quarterly) various states
• Year End tax preparations with liaison to Tax accounts
• Year End Annual Audit Review

HR/Personnel:
Payroll
• Expatriates Gross-ups, Insurance, etc.
• Salary Journal Entries for Accounting
• 401(k)
• On-Boarding employees into systems
• Benefits - Adm. to all vendors in relation to EE benefits

Administration:
Manage Presidents Calendar, Travel and Expenses
• Assist team members periodically for administrative support
• Maintain office supplies/equipment as required.

Profile

• Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with office management and accounting principles
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office management software
• 7+ years office experience
