During your 6-month internship as a CX Analyst based in Amsterdam, you will get the unique opportunity to strengthen the Stellantis Netherland's Customer Experience team by assisting it with a variety of tasks. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment.


• You will report and analyze the Bottom and Top 5 dealers (OBEYA), report them monthly and analyze the result and come up with actions to improve together with the team;
• You will create reports and analyze Customer satisfaction results for all our brands and pro-actively come up with actions to improve with a focus on Sales and Aftersales Customer Experience (reports per dealer, per brand, per energy type (LEV/ICE), per type of car);
• You will report the Quality bonus brand per brand and dealer based on the commercial policy;
• With the launching of In the NRM, you will create reports on the monthly/quarterly Threshold for Customer Satisfaction to display the dealers scoring below the threshold (creation of the report + focus on forecasting to pinpoint the dealers at risk for next period).


• Internship allowance: 500€ per month
• 3 days of remote working per week

• You are a Bachelor/Master student in Data Analytics, Business Administration or related;
• You have strong organizational, analytical and communication skills;
• You are data-driven, with strong Excel skills.
• You have knowledge of Power BI.
• You are independent, proactive and flexible, with an attention to detail;
• You are fulltime available so no thesis.
• You have a fluent level in Dutch and English.
