We are looking for technology game changers to transform Stellantis into a software automotive company. Technology, software, and artificial intelligence are disrupting the automotive industry. Our new Software Organization was created to build the most captivating experiences on the latest frontier of Automotive Technology.

The Team
This role is hybrid (Paris), and for the Cockpit AI Engineering department within the Software AI organization. We are looking for passionate, curious and entrepreneurial AI scientists to upskill our internal workforce and advance our AI research program. We are building collaborations with some of the top universities in the US and France, and we want to disseminate the latest AI research across Stellantis. You will be working with a kind, dynamic and diverse team across the world (e.g., Paris, San Francisco, Detroit, Turin) with many complementary skill sets.

We are looking for AI scientists with the following competencies: deep learning and AI research, Computer vision, Generative AI.

You will be responsible for some of the following:

· Advance our AI research program in collaboration with top tier academic partners

· Develop our AI training courses to upskill our coworkers

· Evangelize AI within and outside the company to build the Stellantis AI brand

· Provide expertise to teams prototyping AI systems and powering our concept cars with AI

· Produce new intellectual property to advance our technological edge

Profil

Basic Qualifications :

· Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or technically related field
· A minimum of 5 years of overall experience in AI
· Demonstrated ability to publish in peer-reviewed AI conferences and journals
· Experience in applied research in top tier institutions
· Hands-on experience with the full deep learning pipeline
· Passionate about communicating complex ideas in clear language

Preferred Qualifications :
· PhD degree in AI, Computer Science, or technically related field
· Demonstrated ability to supervise interns and/or graduate students
· Hands-on experience with Generative AI
