JOB DESCRIPTION
We're searching for an experienced technical with a strong, pro-active drive for results in project execution. In particular, will be in charge of:
-Autonomous concept definition and planning of Software Tests and development of a test strategy.

-Leads self-organized teams developing and implementing software test design and specifications. Where necessary, the engineer will lead the test case development and test execution in cases of complex test environments and/or complex systems under test
-Initiates and (potentially) leads test capability growth initiatives to implement the organization's vision and or pushes to accelerate roadmap implementation
-Best practices for test concepts in a pivotal area of concern, e.g. E/E core architecture technologies and/or a technical domain such as ADAS, infotainment, telematics or electrification.
-Managing systematic software test execution, coordination of test activities across multiple teams. Review and assessment of abstract test case specification, creation of metrics and reporting intermediate and final test reports. Perform test risk analysis

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Job Responsibilities include:
-Responsible to develop a test strategy for a technical domain and/or project
-Lead and coordinate all technical aspects of validation and verification for the organization
-Define best practices for test concepts
-Manage and execution validation & verification tasks for a given set of projects, coordinating work of several validation engineers
-Develop and implement a detailed V&V system test concept, including test objectives, test criteria, acceptance and quality metrics for a set of given
functions and/or a physical sub-system in a given E/E architecture design
-Application and implementation of test strategy

Profile

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Electrical and/or Computer Engineering
•Minimum 3+ years of technical leadership in systems architecture/vehicle network development and industrialization, minimally on a sub-system domain level
•High understanding of E/E architecture features and functions
•Strong experience within a technical domain such as ADAS, Infotainment, Telematics, or E/E architecture development
•Ability to read and analyze digital communications data (CAN/LIN/Ethernet)
•Ability to work on vehicles, SIL/HIL benches and in a test environment (hands-on)
• Good understanding of microprocessor-based electronics and electronic circuits.
•Strong analytical problem-solving skills
•Good knowledge of agile test methods and test automation
•Experience with complex test environments
•Experience with planning, status & risk reporting and escalation, prioritization, and global governance
• Strong presentation and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering
•Deep technical knowledge of E/E architecture and vehicle networks, their functions and features
•Deep understanding of automotive testing standards for distributed systems
•Experience testing in multiple development contexts (Linux, AUTOSAR, Android)
•Experience with continuous integration, testing & deployment
