ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you curious about how products are built, positioned, and made competitive across different markets?
Would you like to start your career in an international automotive environment, working at the crossroads of product, purchasing, marketing, and sales?
We are looking for a Junior Supplier Range Product Developer to join our Supplier Range Team within Stellantis Aftersales. In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of supplier‑based product ranges, helping ensure the right parts are available, competitive, and aligned with market needs across Europe.
This position is ideal for early‑career professionals who want to grow in a cross‑functional, data‑driven, and international context, with strong exposure to product strategy and market dynamics.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As part of the Supplier Range Team, you will:
• Contribute to building and maintaining a competitive supplier product range for the Enlarged Europe market
• Support the development and expansion of product portfolios to improve market coverage and competitiveness
• Identify range gaps and improvement opportunities through market analysis, benchmarking, and field feedback
• Collect and structure inputs from National Sales Companies (NSCs) on missing products and customer expectations
• Ensure product visibility and accuracy through dedicated internal tools and portals
• Support initiatives aimed at revenue growth and offer optimization
• Work closely with Purchasing teams and suppliers to support product strategy decisions
• Contribute to improving the quality and consistency of supplier data integrated into internal systems
• Collaborate with Marketing, Data, Supply Chain, Finance and NSCs to align product objectives with market and supplier capabilities
• Support coordination activities across teams and countries in a truly international environment
Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar
• 0–3 years of experience, including internships or apprenticeships, in product, purchasing, category management, marketing or supply chain
• First exposure to international or multicultural environments is a plus
• Automotive experience is welcome but not required
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in market dynamics
• Comfortable working with Excel and digital tools (reporting, data analysis)
• Interest in product development and supplier collaboration
• Fluent English is required for daily international interactions
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working across teams and cultures
• Able to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively
• Adaptable, open‑minded, and willing to take initiative
